We recommend using 3 x 20g domes for a single portion - perfect for little eaters as they learn about the look, smell, taste and texture of food.

Transitioning to solids is a BIG step. Feel free to start with a fairly watered-down version of one 20g dome by adding breast milk or formula and gradually thickens the consistency as baby becomes more comfortable. Breast milk or formula is still the main source of your baby's nutrition.
