LEAD-TIME

Please allow us 2-3 working days to prepare your order.

Somerset West	Tuesday	09:00 – 12:00
Table View	Tuesday	09:00 – 14:00

 

DELIVERIES

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery during the prearranged times. We reserve the right to charge our standard delivery fee if no one is available, and we need to arrange for your order to be delivered at another time.

 

It is the responsibility of the person accepting the delivery to inspect it and confirm that all items are still frozen and correctly delivered. Your order needs to be placed in a freezer immediately after delivery. FREE DELIVERY

Orders over R600 qualify for FREE delivery.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY FEE

A standard delivery fee of R99 will apply to all orders under R600.

 

COLLECTIONS

Orders can be collected from our kitchen in Somerset West on Tuesday afternoons between 13:00 and 15:30. Should you wish to collect outside these hours, please arrange with us beforehand as we may not be available.
