Storage & Heating

STORAGE: Keep frozen at -18°C and use by the Best Before Date.

HEATING: Remove the lid and heat directly from frozen in a microwave for 1-2 minutes until warm throughout. Stir and allow to cool before feeding your baby.

PORTIONING THE 20g DOMES: We recommend using 6 x 20g domes as one portion and then heating in a microwavable bowl for 1 minute or until warm.
